Good Deeds & Just Rewards. (updated)

I had just tamed Skitterflame the other day (which was then the only spider I was really looking to tame), but when my hubby and my bestfriend (who were doing dailies in the Molten Front) told me Kirix was up and no other hunters were around, I had to go check it out.
Figures that just when I arrive, so do two other hunters. Thankfully I knew one of them and asked him (cause I knew he already had Kirix) if the other hunter was planning to tame Kirix. Of course his guildie friend wanted the rare spider too, so a bit disappointed I watched as she attempted to tame him. She tried a few times, and after a few deaths I whispered the hunter I knew and asked him to ask his guildie if she would be fine with us taking turns on the taming. She said it was cool so I took my turn, and not knowing he was immune to silencing shot -- I died.
She finally tamed him on her next ups and happy that I at least got a shot at it, I congratulated her and we stood around talking about pets for quite a while.
Thankfully the following day my hubby and friend were again doing the Molten Front dailies, and guess who happened to be up! Kirix
So I headed over there, not a hunter in sight. I made my way onto the floating rock, shot at kirix, used deterrence when he cast, then tamed. And died, cause I used deterrence to early in kirix's poison cast. So I ran back, and by the time I got there, two ally guys (a druid and pally) were trying to kill it -- having been standing around watching my taming attempt. I watched laughing my ass off as Kirix killed them both. And not just once either, they ran back while I was getting a food buff and my health back up and tried to kill him again and both were slaughtered. Finally I attempted taming him again and this time I got him. 
But if that wasn't enough, the DAY AFTER that again my hubby and friend were doing there dailies and Kirix was up yet again with no one around, so my friend hopped on his hunter -- raced over there (I on my priest planning to help anyway I could) and he also got Kirix.
I ish so happy *GRINS*

Great story! I guess Kirix just didn't want to be killed that day. Can't say I blame him. I really like the screenshot, too!
