is there an npc scan id number for them? I need one for a future taming story and well it would be nice to have an easier way of finding the nest.

i doubt it, they've never been targetable so i dont believe they have an NPCID, they have an ObjectID but i dont think it registers with NPCScan, Dart's Nest is 202080 if you want to try it out :3

NPCScan does not, last I heard, work on the nests. The easiest thing to do is to a)learn the locations or b)navigate via coordinates on the Wowhead pages of the nests you're looking for, which will usually do a) as well depending on how long you spend looking for the dang things. ;P

My suggestion is to check once or twice a day, or on any alts who happen to be in the zones.

Once you know the spawn points its easy to find them, the only hard one is the ravasaur nest but if you've found it enough times its a lot easier to aquire, i lso just in general even thi ive found it at least a dozen times is to just fly around, circle all the trees, look under the roots, in the stumps, cause ive found many different spawn points that WoWhead doesnt show :3
