Snow has always had the rareluck. But yesterday was crazy!
#1- Ankha I get up early as always, and as always go on the pre-daily crazed rarehunt. Who should I find waiting, but Ankha! Lovely way to start the day.

Later that day, I got to speaking with a fellow hunter who seemed to be sitting for Ban'thalos. For if so, I was going to tell them yer doin it wrong! They said they were waiting on a friend, but do go on with the new rare info. So I prattle off some need to knows. They thank me, and end up going to Molten front. Shortly, I get a whisper. Kirix is up! Come help!

#2 Kirix I was nearby so I rush to Molten front and the the furnace. They were a terrible jumper, so after several tried, once they were across the chasm I jumped them by mammoth over to 'the rock' and instruct them on exactly what to do and expect. There's the usual couple mishaps, but, they get their green spider.

We talked more, mostly about Dethy, so for giggles and not really expecting him to be there, I went to check, and show them where he was.

#3 Deth'Tilac O.O he's there! But being tamed by a nelf. Okay, well cool, I decide to help and with a cheer at the nelf my cat Puju and I run out and sacrafice ourselves. I watch as they finally tame DEthy just before Deth Strike killed them. But, they got him. Cool

I get another call from the hunter.

#4 Karkin The crab was now up and crabby as ever. Again I give instruction, get killed once when they got their timing wrong in the collateral fireball damage, but, they get him. Once done, they tell me

#5 Skitterflame is up. I told them how, but wasn't able to stay and see what happeend as I had to go to work. But, then next morning...

#7 Magria was waiting for me when I began my day,

Ever have one of those rare kind of days?....

Yup, just yesterday (or was it the day before that...I don't remember now lol) Skitter was up and 10 minutes later Skarr and Kirix spawn at the exact same time. All three were up at the same time, Skarr was tamed first and an hour later Kirix was tamed... sadly Skitter died. And then Solix and Anthriss spawned within minutes of each other later that day. I usually see the rares at random times, but it was odd to see three so close and all up at the same time, cause usually I don't see them up at the same time.

Grats. Lucky you. At least some people are capable of finding rares. I guess its sheer dumb luck.....

Nice snow, I am glad that almost all of them got a safe home.

... maybe sheer luck but when your in place that is so close together and has a chance of 8 rares possibly spawning, the chances slightly increase in your favor that'that something may be up sometime. Especially since it has died down quite alot the molten front, less people doing dailies now since they are finished and most hunters who were camping a rare may have got it already. Ive seen rares stay up for over an hour cause I cant find anyone to tame them, and certain rares people dont even bother trying to kill anymore. So it goes to the fact that you'll never know what you'll find
