New cat animations?

I landed at SW griffin place, to see an afk hunter (Who had a fuzzy Spider, which made me happy to see) and a silver tabby...sitting?
Is this new? Or has it been in the game for a while?

It's not that new. I think it was introduced a patch or two ago, heh.

Oooh. Then I must be blind, or have been in Storm Peaks too long...I'm delighted to see more animations for the cats, though. I might just start using my Cornish Rex Cat again. (It was my first pet, and always had been near and dear to my heart)

I have yet to see any for my Wind Rider cub..I would LOVE a /sit or a /sleep for Wind Rider cubs, cause they are so damn cute.

Sadly, no =/ my ex bought it for me, and I got the plushie and code. You can buy both the griffin hatchling and wind rider cub in the blizz store, which cost 25 USD excluding shipping, which is 5-10 USD.
When my ex broke up with me, I took my friend's yearbook, and started hitting his "face" with the plushie.

LMAO. I wish it was BoE, I'd be willing to fork over a good 10k gold at least for that little cub. I don't want to spend money on it. xD

Yea i squeed when i saw the cats got a sitting animation cause they really do look so cute when they do, compared to how long ive been playing WoW, 2 patches ago is very recent for me so its still quite new and makes me grin adorably at a sitting kitty minipet

my first pet on WoW was a bird from Darnassus on my druid..my first pet on my hunter was the orange tabby or cornish rex (I cant remember which
)
All they did was stand, and I would be like, shouldn't they sit, or lay down? When I saw this, I was like, OMG, FINALLY.

It is SOOO freakin CUTE! I think I made a realID status post about it when I first saw it, I was that excited. It has been a bit, I think shortly after the new cub pets entered the game. But the cuteness will never grow old.
