Snort glitch?????????

As some of you know Snort is my favorite pet other then my strider Blue. Since the newest update I've noticed him doing something he's never done before. He sits to howl like the wolves. Nothing comes out noise wise but he does the motion. I thought maybe he was scratching his fleas, which I can never seem to get rid of, but nope. Full on sitting down nose in the air howling. I'll try to get a screen shot.
Has anyone who has a hyena seen this yet? It seems to only be on the Argent Dawn server.

Aye,
Giggler was an old standby of mine back in the day and he would randomly do the silent howl if I was idle long enough... I was a big fan of Giggler for a long time, but when all pets were (normalized) I lost interest in many of my old favorites. I use to always tame a wolf, can't remember the name it's been so long ago, but his closing speed on targets was just insane. He could catch 100% old epic mounts with no trouble. Lots of pet issues back then, but a few stood out and were crazy fun for awhile lol...

Yes I noticed the other day that hyenas and the old-world wolves share the same animations. x)

I'm pretty sure it's been that way, I had a red one from SM on Rhyela for a bit and yes, he did that howling animation (this was before 3.3.3).

The hyenas I've had did that too. I thought it was cute, but wished there was a sound, like the little wolves have.

I can say that my Visey has been doing the silent howl since pre-BC. They may have increased the frequency of it lately though.

Hyenas & old world Wolves do the howl & flea scratch; sometimes on the old world wolves you can hear the "Arroooo"... sometimes not, on the Northrend wolves they also howl but there is no "sound" to it... I really wish they added a sound to all of them.

I feel totally dorky now that 'I'm the last one to know' so to speak. 
I just noticed it the other night and Snort has been with me from level 13 -15 on all three hunter toons. Maybe Blizz included a higher frequency on the Argent Dawn server and that's why I'm noticing it now. Who knows.
