I'd really like to know. It's pretty and my Frost DK would love to have it.

the robe/belt may be something that can be tailored, not sure, know there was a boots/belt/chest frost resist set that came out for professions in wrath. as for the mask, I haven't the faintest clue.

The robe is Glacial Robe and the belt is Glacial Waistband. I'm not sure what the mask is, however. I don't think I've seen it in game on anything other than those npcs in your picture.

Ahh, I used to use the Glacial Robe to match my Skoll. (or maybe I still have one in my bank somewhere, I have too many outfits to remember ._.) For the outfit I would pair it with a simple White Bandit Mask. It's not as intricate as the ones the NPCs wear, but it works.

Yea... I just got on the web and anxious to jump onto WoW and lvl my hunter but Robe/Chest/Legs/Bracer(?)/Gloves/Belt/Boots can be made via tailoring, some by 350 tailors (i think thats the skill lvl, i just know its old vanilla stuff) and more come from the lvl 80 cap for tailoring, so WotLK lvl, and the mask to my knowledge is npc only

The Blood Elf Bandit mask and the mask from a sethekk halls quest are the red versions of the mask.

Dangit. I don't recognize the robe or belt, but that mask... I know I've seen it or one very much like it recently. I *think* the one I saw was a quest reward. I don't remember where, though. I've been doing a zone or two a day in Eastern Kingdoms working toward Loremaster. The quests and rewards all kind of blur together.

Visha's Hood from the first Scarlet Monastery quest is similar. One screenshot on Wowhead shows it with gold trim, but the other two look blue. I can't remember what color it was when my warlock had it.

ETA Darkcleric's Veil -- white with blue trim. Also check the "same model as" links for others. Would that work? It's not exactly like the one you linked, but it's more ornate than the plain white one. (Though the plain white is rather striking in its simplicity)
