Since transmogrification is here to stay, it would be a good idea to have a subforum dedicated to hunter options.

I'd recommend placing it under Roleplaying as a subforum, although it could just as easily fall under WoW General.

Additional expansion: it could be called something like Transmogrification and Other Outfits to account for non-mail RP gear as well.

I'd have to agree! I'm not sure where it would go (though I'm thinking roleplaying might be best), but it'd be nice to have!

I agree too. It might go as a subforum in Roleplaying, but it does seem to connect to WoW general as well. Either would work.

I was thinking of suggesting that myself.

I'd put it under WoW General, personally, as even non-roleplayers would want to modify their gear.

Sounds good, and I think the focus could even be a little broader than just transmog. I love the idea of having a sub-forum dedicated to the visual look of gear and clothing. My hunter still wears dresses when the mood strikes her, after all.

Try sending a pm directly to the Mod Account. That seems to be the quickest way to get a mod's attention these days.
