From a good morning to a sad day

So, first of all, I'm new to the forum but i've been reading stories for a while..

Ever since i was level 1 there are 2 rares i really want. One is Gondria (she who never spawns) and Deth'tilac.

This morning I woke up, went to the moltn front and saw Solix was out. It took me some time and a nightmare cause of a gnome hunter trying to kill it, but I got the tame. I was such a happy little goblin.

I thought, o I'll just go near deth'tilac's place (thinking I just tamed one there was no way another was on aswell).
But I was wrong, I got 2 guildies up (who i'm really thankfull and sorry and thesame time). We got it to tameble 2 times, but i got lag for some reason and couldn't tame. It got reset.
We tried again, and yet again i got lag... but i was taming then. It was 10 yard and almost tamed until suddenly my screen goes fastforward. The next thing i saw was that me and deth'tilac were both dead.

I ruined my day. One of the guildies that helped me out was also a hunter and also wanted this spider. I said he shoud tame it cause of my lag after the first try but he wanted me to have it cause I found it.

Just for other hunters, do say thank you for the ones that help you. And don't forget Deth'tilac loses 10% health for everyone he kills.
Try to avoid lag, cause it's a killer.

EDIT: I forgot to say that before Solix this morning I tamed the spirit wolf in twilight (the name just got lost) and just now I tamed Ghostcrawler.

Wow is trying to make my day good again

It happens more than you realize, Starxy. When you think everything is just going wrong, and it turns around in a heartbeat.

But i do still feel terrible towards the guildies that helped me. But i do hope to make it up to them (not that they are mad at me or something)

Only hoping for terrorpene to complete the day, but maybe that's asking too much xD

Patience, my young Padawan. All will come in time. Sometimes, when you're not looking for something, they will come to you. (And yes, THIS is more true than you realize. Don't look for them. At all. And you will end up tripping over them)

Get a druid next time to help you.

1. Let the druid root him. Roots cause no aggro.
2. Do NOT shoot him. That breaks the roots.
3. Just send in pet, let it die, revive, rinse/repeat.

I would recommend the same method Jessi told above. I tried it out on Deth when no one was around to tame him. My fiance got his druid over, rooted him, I sent in my pet to die 8 times, rezzed, dismissed and tamed without problems. So if you have a druid friend/guildmate, just ask them next time. Doesn't take long and saves you a lot of trouble.
And congrats on your Gondria, Karoma, Ghosty and Solix! makes a nice collection for one day.

well it does sound soo easy, i'm shure to try it next time and also tell it to the hunter that helped me today so he won't be going throught thesame again.

Thanks for the hints on it guys, it's really nice
