Outland and Northrend instances has quest givers now

As the title says, there's now quest givers inside the Outland instances.
I haven't checked the Northrend instances yet, so don't know if they have them too.
Going to check now.

Changed the title, cause both Northrend and Outland instances has quest givers inside the instances now.
It looks like there's new quest rewards too. I'm not sure about this, cause I checked on an alliance character in Northrend, and I haven't really levelled alliance characters that much, so I don't know if you can get the rewards from other quests.
