After abandoning pets I tamed just because they were new and rare at the time, I tamed a few new ones. After browsing the Petopia galleries, I found this little gem and decided I wanted her. So I flew to Blade's Edge, found her at once, and tamed her. Named her after a favorite book character (who is a dragon). The name means "little spark", also very fitting, since she "sparks" with her lightning breath.

I personally think the Outland models look a bit odd, but red is definitely a good color.

Definitely love the outland models of raptors/wind serpents/carrion birds most. Do approve!

I wanted the spikes rather than the scaley look the non-Outland red had. I also loved the bright green eyes as opposed to the yellow eyes on the other red version. I adore the Outland models and I'm really tempted to go tame another windserpent, particularly the Northrend white one which has the same "model".

I got one of these on my belf hunter and adore him to shreds! Never thought I would like the spikey model because of the fangs sticking out but they really grow on you.

I now have one stable slot free after taming this girl. What to tame? I'm thinking either a white windserpent or a black one. Or something totally different. Perhaps a blue dragonhawk, eh Star?

I had thought you named it Iskierka after the dragon in the Temeraire series. Now I'm kind of disappointed. xD (Lovely skin, though, even if I prefer the OW model.)

he did...i checked..that's what his wind serpent name is.

I did! I love that series. I have a black windserpent named Temeraire actually! I wish we could tame dragons so much. I was thinking of getting a white windserpent and naming her Lien.

All disappointment? Now gone. *high-fives.* I love Lily, though Iskierka just amuses me. And hehe, I approve of you getting Lien.

I also propose some dragonhawk for mentioned Lily, if you don't have her.

I'm a fan of the "main" dragons, I guess you could say, and the villainess. Temeraire, Iskierka, and Lien are my favorites. Lily is adorable, though. I feel so bad for Lien...I just want to give her a big hug, even though she's a bitch. She was hated just because she was albino. I have an aunt who is albino, so I never saw albinos as different in any way, and I can't understand the discrimination. Sure, its just a book, but albinos are also discriminated against in real life. I understand that Lien was born in "mourning colors" and white IS the coloration of "evil" or "death" in most asian cultures...so in a way, Lien is living up to her coloring...

Understandable. (Still. Lily and Maximus. Love 'em both to death.) And yeah, I definitely pity Lien, if only because things just didn't go her way. Coming from a country in the book where dragons are revered, it's not a surprise she's bitter, since they all hated her.

I wish we could have two pets out at once. I'd love to see Temeraire and Iskierka together.
