Magistream FAQ

What is Magistream?
Magistream is a virtual adoptables game where you adopt up to 4 eggs at a time(no limit to hatchlings). The creatures range from dragons to various other mythical creatures.

How do I raise the creatures?
They are raised by getting clicks every day. You can post them to facebook, twitter, and even on the Magistream forums. Unfortunately I don't think you can post them here but you can probably ask people to find your Keep and click em. Also there are click sites. Have no fear if you have to go somewhere! Your pets will never die! They have no set time they have to be raised!

How do I earn gold?
Clicking other creatures, including adults! Mind you, make sure people want their keeps gold mined. Some people do not, due to quest eggs.

How do I do the quests?
Follow the instructions and bring the creatures and/or gold they ask.

How do I trade and is there a limit/risk?
There's always some risk but unlike how Dragcave is/was, it's not usually that risky.
Step 1: Click Trades
Step 2: Where it says 'Start New Trade', type in the name of the user you're trading with then click Trade, then confirm it.
Step 3: Find the creatures/type in the amount of gold you want to trade(Eggs cannot be traded) and click them. There is no limit. They will shade out if they are clicked.
Step 4: Click Save Changes
Step 5: Make sure everything is correct. If it isn't, click Remove next to the creature then click Save Changes.
Step 6: Once everything is correct, type in your password then click Confirm. You will have to wait til who your trading with logs on to finish the trade.

How do I create new tabs and move my creatures to the tabs?
There's a little + next to your last tab. Type in the name and click Yes.
To move creatures, click Toggle Move Links, then click the tab name that shows up to put your creature in that tab.


How do I embed the creatures?
Step 1: Click Embed Multiple(top right corner)
Step 2: Select the creatures you want embedded
Step 3: Copy/paste the code!

I did! First thing I looked at when picking eggs.

You got some nice starters, like the raza's! ^^

I'll ask my friend Utena to see if we can get you new ones some Crystalwings(Bronze or Green).

Crystalwings are my favorite. Utena has a lot of my old creatures cause I stopped playing and gave most of them to her.

Aha, I have a lot of old stuff on my Valenth account as well. Traded off many of them for cash shop pets but I have fallen sooo behind. Ugh.

Ah sure why not. Something to keep my occupied at work, lol.

oh yes. I also have a lot of WoW related families if anyone wants me to breed some.

Another thing I like about Magistream is there's no "only one pet can have this name" ordeal. Only reserves on that are Family names.
