First Time I've Ever Had a Rare Call Me! (Two Rares Even!)

This is really, really weird...and maybe sounds a bit crazy but....
I'm not usually up at this hour, let alone in game. However, I couldn't sleep so I was puttering around and suddenly had a very, very strong urge to go to Sholozar Basin, like....right now! It was a weirdly urgent feeling, which is strange because I never just randomly 'need' to go somewhere. I tried to ignore it and literally got fidgety. So I finally gave into the urge and headed to the zeppelin, feeling a bit silly, sure I was just wasting my time.
I get to the Tundra and fly my mount toward the Basin, still going in my head 'what the hey are you doing, huh? There's not gonna be a thing out there and you're wasting your time!'
So I crest the mountain's edge, dip by the nearest pillar by accident and....my addon goes off! It scares me to death and...It's King Krush! I'm sure he's going to be dead or already tamed, or someone will be in mid-tame, but...no. There he is! Just calmly pacing around in a place I've never even seen him spawn.
And then he turns and walks right toward me. I'm sure it was chance, but it certainly felt like he wanted to come to me! Without thinking, I hit tame, waiting to get...chopped, feared, something and....nothing! I don't know if I resisted or what, but he didn't fear me once! Next thing I knew he was mine!
So, I'm sitting there, considering hearthing and....that feeling to just do one sweep just overwhelms me again. Just one quick look around, what's the harm? So I put away my newly found green friend and mount up, just following the edge of the Basin, not really looking for anything....
And just above the area full of eagles...it goes off again! It's Loque! But it can't be Loque! I have never, EVER found Loque! I've never seen him wild! He'd dead. I'm sure he's dead, or it's bugging. I didn't even realize he spawned right here! I always heard it was down by the rivers.
I land, look around and...there he is. Not even pacing! He was just sitting there, looking around and he looked right at me for what felt like a longer time than normal. I target and hit tame, almost sure that something is going to go wrong! I didn't even remember to trap him. He leapt right at me, took a swipe that didn't even land and...he was mine!
It was so incredibly strange! I've never had too much luck with the really 'rare' ones and I wasn't camping, or even really searching. I just had a strange urge and figured 'why not?'. It really feels like it was meant to be. I've tried two Devilsaurs (black and brown) and they just weren't for me, but the more I stare at Krush, the more gorgeous she is. And yes, for some reason, I feel like mine is a she.
Loque is the same. I don't know why, but he's just remarkably endearing to me. He just seems to suit Khi so well and I can't quite put my finger on why.
Is it weird to feel like a pet wanted you?

That's just where I found my Krush too, but mine was purely by accident waiting for the rifts to open for the pre-cata event - he just strolled through the bushes and nom'd on my sister's Pala xD VERY frantic flight to stable master to put away a pet to tame :3
