Pandaran Faction Leader...?

Seeing both horde and alliance will be able to play Pandarans, (I know I spelled that wrong XD), what would the faction leader do? Speaking we already have [For the Horde] and [For the Alliance], would Chen Stormstout (presuming he will be leader), be able to be killed, or will he be a neutral leader?
*Edited for my fail spelling mistakes.

I would guess he'd be neutral. Either that, or there'd be the neutral leader, and then 2 different sub-leaders who would head off to guide and direct the Pandarans who join either faction.

Yes, I think that makes sence. A neutral leader that can't be killed for all pandaren in Pandaria and something like an ambassador to the horde and alliance that can be found in a capital city (probably Org and SW).

I'm thinking that the beginning story line for Pandarens is going to revolve around the idea that their society is suddenly going to find itself being "recruited" by both the Horde and Alliance for their respective goals after having been secluded for so long.
Because of this, two factions with different leaders end up developing within Pandaren society, one that wants to join the Alliance, the other that wants to join the Horde. Ultimately, you have to decide which side you want to join. There might be a third faction that wants to remain neutral, but that option won't be available to player characters and is just part of the overall story line.
Another possibility is that there are going to be two separate Pandaren tribes with different leaders, one that joins the Horde while the other joins the Alliance. Story wise, there would probably be a neutral “capital city” where various Pandaren tribes gather at times similar to how Trolls, in their story line, supposedly have an island where all their tribes gather to discuss troll business from time to time.
As for the mechanics of it, I'm sure Blizzard is going to make you pick your side at the time you make your character. Otherwise, Blizzard is going to have a lot of extra work for themselves to make sure you can't receive money, items or mail (aside from Heirlooms) as a way of circumventing the trade barriers they currently have to prevent direct cross faction trading.

You pick your side at level 10, it is confirmed. So you start neutral and choose it for yourself. I suppose there will be a leader in the "Dalaran" of the expansion (that was also confirmed), but maybe there will be lesser leaders who organise the Alliance and Horde Pandaren respectively.

No, you actually spelled Pandaran properly.. but it's fAction... not fRAction.

/facepalm. Yeah...I fail at spelling. Because I have a "Bostonian Accent" should we call it, I pronounce things differently, and it up making me spell things differently. Like instead of saying "Riv-er", I pronounce it "Riv-ah".
OT: I think the idea of having one Neutral leader, and two lesser, ambassadors is a good idea. I'm liking it. But I call Meeting Chen.

look at that!
you're right.
but it COULD have been Pandaran... which would have been as logical etymologically.
but I do stand corrected. or rather sit... it would be pretty difficult to type this while standing!
Still, not as bad as a "Fraction leader"... "Hey! that's Garrosh! but he's only half a leader."

Pandaren is correct - "ren" is "people" in the Pin-yin dialect of Chinese.
Panda-ren = Panda-people.
Well, more accurately, it would be Xiong-mao-ren, but that's just hard to say.
