We have 4 Spirit Beasts that are tamable.
Loque'nahak
Gondria
Skoll
Arcturis.

I believe that Loque'nahak is the hardest to find, as the zone has 3 rares and 4 semi-rares that can spawn. As far as I know, only one of them may be up at a time. Another factor is that this zone is a skinning and meat haven for farmers, so it always has people in the zone killing beasts.

Well we already know about how Loque is in an area heavily camped for the most part. In all the times I've caught him on my two alts, it was by luck for the most part and the fact it wasn't exactly peak hours. And I'm not so certain that only one rarespawn can be up at a time. There have been reports of multiples; mostly after restarts or maitanence but that is probably the factor. Each spawn most likely gets killed at a different time than another.

And tbh no Loque is easy to tame compared to Krush- as no offense to my fellow hunters but we all know Loque can be as good as caught by you when you find him. Griefers not included.

But for King Krush, finding him is only part of the battle.


Also the basin population does change, on my server ever since the turney came out, people only head to the basin really is when it's Rhino Dog's for the cooking daily.
or if they're questing, achivement wh*res or farming like I do for motes, ore and titanium spawns

Get the mining/herb gathering skill and spend the days farming.. Sooner or later the tames will come

...Semi-rares?

I found my Loque by the giraffes south west of the flight path. I found Gondria by the big stairs in Zul. I found Skoll by the base of the mountain by the frozen lake just north of the Frosthold flight path. Hope this helps.

I found Loque near the gorillas the time I tamed him. The second time (I killed him that time, but in my defense I whispered the other hunters in the zone) he was near that river.
Gondria was at the Mam'Toth crater.
Seen Skoll spawn about three times now. Brynnhildar twice and the plateau the other time.
Arcturis I've seen on many places. Honest.
Krush is one heck of a genius. He walked almost sthraight into the dwarfcamp and got himself killed by some guards. I had time to tag him tough, so I still got the achiev, even tough I was planning to tame.

I've fond Loque at least five times. All in different spots.
Skoll I've only seen once, right by the village.
Gondria only once right outside the outpost.
Arcturis I saw three times, of course in the same spot.
Krush I found patting by the river... >_> Well my friend found him.

I found loque next to the little village of wolvar, the one were they are attacking oracles and it's never ending.
I had loque for a looong time and I loved him... He left for acturis, acturis left for Gondria(man do I regret that Gondria will never be tamed by me again...) and Gondria for Skoll. Skoll has been the only spirit beast that I had a real connection too/
