pet spawn bug fixed in 5.0?

According to the dev chat thing, they said they've fixed the pet spawning with low health/stats for a few secs, bug, that has plagued us for all of cata, source : mmo-champion
Q: Any plans to fix pet stats being too low for a few seconds after spawning?
A: We are fixing pets so stats won't lag several seconds after logging in or dismounting in 5.0.
