Looks like a really good job of applying the new template. Well done.

I'd start a thread in the Panaclysm forums, and post it there.

Really nice job, I must say. Makes a lot of sense how abilities are paired together.

Most of these are really good, but I think some should be "base abilities". Like Culling the herd. Tier 4 in general I think could use a little work, for example. Taunt would also probably a "core" tenacity pet ability, I'd imagine. Many of the others I like though, and seem like they'd work very well. Some of the tiers are very well balanced.

i guess taunt would be a core ability, but i was trying to balance damage vs tanking vs pvp, and bm vs other specs
Beast mastery im hoping, would prefer to get the wild hunt, as basic attacks would be boosted more,
Marks/survival would be more attracted to call of the wild,
and hunters who wanted a tank would go with the taunt, honestly its hard to balance some of this, as they have some many different situations

Not a fan of tier 6, since Roar of Rec is a dps cd and the others are survival cds. I'd recommend shifting Lick Your Wounds to be grouped with Bullheaded (pet survival cds). I mean hell, with this setup, your pet could get Call of the Wild AND Roar of Recovery, which is just ridiculous. ;)

Needs some reorganizing, like that, but good idea.
