Im thinking he will be my main pet from now on

What is your favorite Vanilla rare and why?

Easy. Clutchmother. <3 She's awesome and beautiful wrapped up with a perfect orange ribbon.

I'm a huge fan of the unique skins, so Old Cliff Jumper, Humar, and Rak'shiri have all been on my wish list at various times.

I did tame Rak'shiri once, happened upon her by chance, only to zone into Shattrath and find about twenty hunters with her. D: Considering that this was in TBC, when you had to keep a slot open for temp pets, I let her go. I miss her though.

Lupos, love that wolf. Olm was another one, and the Rake was another.

Not really a rare but Echeyakee was my first awesome pet (still have him). I am also a fan of Mist Howler even though he looks like any other gray wolf, back then he had a fast attack speed. Hmm.....I think that's pretty much it, actually.

It's a tie between Araga and Old Cliff Jumper. <3 Tamed each multiple times, and I'll grab them both again come Cataclysm.

Rak'shiri and Old Cliff Jumper were some of my favorites as well.

Araga to be sure <3 Especially when the tail was different... *Swoon*

Humar the Pridelord has to be my favorite. He was my first rare pet. Don't have him anymore but I still get excited when I find him.

I love Takk he is so cute! he behaves so well in my kennel too! Just sits back and relaxes while the SB have to work all the time

I think there's a rare that used to be the only way to get the obsidian skin raptor.

its not a rare but i loooved my king bangalas when i first tamed him with my tauren hunter back in vanilla ^^

Three for sure.
I have a soft spot for Araga, Old Cliff Jumper & Rak'Shiri.

Araga for her majesty as the once proud Liger skinned feline (sadly no longer, but I still sketch her with the tailstripes).
Old Cliff Jumper for his power as the ageing but still mighty packleader.
Rak'Shiri for her powerful upbringing - sireling of Shy and Sian-Rotam.

Araga, Mazz, and those bright-blue scorpions will always have a place in my heart.

Def Rak'shiri ^_^ prettiest kitty eyes and the gorgeous blue /love....I'm such a cat person

Rak'Shiri, Humar and though he's really not that rare, Mazzaranche. All three have been on my list since I started playing. But of the three, I have never managed to find Rak in the wild. I think as soon as we get more space, Shaon's going hunting.
