Recentally, we had been joking around in my guild, and some of our officers are Bronies, at least, from what they call themselves. I then suddenly come out with "I've never watched MLP before, unless it was with my friends, and we were joking". That's when...one of our officers, started to bug me to watch MLP...I watched the first episode on Youtube. I tried to tell myself it was childish. But it didnt work...I started laughing at Applejack in the first episode, and kinda related Twilight to myself. And so, a Bronie was born.....
Right now, I'm almost finished with the second episode. I can't believe that I am actually watching this, and finding it funny/enjoyable. Have I gone bloody mentally insane?

Not really. It's a well made show and not all the jokes in it a kid would get haha.

I agree it is a well made show, and I haven't gotten any jokes yet....though, when I was watching Cats vs Dogs 2, Mr. Tinkles reminded me of Hannable Lector...but that's a story for later...

It does not have as many adult jokes as Adventure time but there is a few.

Yes yes, they are two of the best. Although, I miss Foster Home for Imaginary friends....my favorite cartoon as a kid...and it will forever BE my favorite cartoon. (This is excluding things like Original Scooby Doo, and Tom and Jerry. THOSE SHOWS, were awesome)

If I remember correctly the creator of MLP is amrried to the creator of Fosters ;D So that could be why they're both UH-MAIZ-ENG >.>

Lauren Faust was a story artist of The Powerpuff Girls, head writer on Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends and yeah she's married to Craig McCracken who made both of those shows.

My mistake...I often screw up on spelling..
And I remember some of those shows...but never realized that they were from, or somewhat from the same creator.

Welcome, my friend, to the Brony Club.
I started off just like you... thinking MLP was stupid and childish. The first episode I ever watched was the Discord Part 2 one... (don't ask) ... and became hooked.
*BROHOOF!*
