I LOVED Chaoyll's idea for a leveling journal. It looked like great fun, so I'm going to try one!

I'm sure all of you have seen me on here some time or another. Well, I love hunters. Just love 'em. So I was bored today, not wanting to camp TLPD. I saw Chaoyll's journal and thought, why not? SO, I made this here journal! Like Chaoyll's, I'll have some screenshots and stories and other stuff whenever something happens like getting a cool mount, or a new pet, or getting a title! And a bit of roleplaying stories, but mainly pets and mounts.

Meet Kromeus!



This is Kromeus, a young Gilnean. Next to him is his faithful mastiff, Toby. Krom received Toby when he was very young, and the two grew up together. They hunted together... played together... When Krom was old enough to serve the Gilnean army, Toby went alongside him as his faithful hunting and fighting companion. The two are prepared for anything... or are they? Kromeus is going to unknowingly fall to the Gilnean curse...

(TO BE CONTINUED. This kind of goes between the Creative Writing and the Show and Tell sections, so I'll just put it in the Show and Tell section, 'cause I won't be writing many stories. I'm not much of a writer. XD)

(I got bored. Kromeus is now a worgen.)

*Yelps* STALKAH! Just kidding. I want to get Krom to level 10 so the real awesome stuff can start. ;-; With each pet I tame, I plan to have a picture + a short story on it.

Well, *rubs hand together* I plan to get out of Gilneas today so we can REALLY start this.

Kromeus is out of Gilneas! Now I just have to decide which pet I want first... Probably Shadowclaw; she's a beauty.

I'm thinking of leveling a new hunter...it would definitely be a human or undead. I've been wanting human hunters since vanilla! I know you're worgen now, but I love the REALISTIC idea of human hunters and would faction change mine, but I've been an orc since vanilla and don't want to change a vanilla character. On a new server, with no heirlooms, possibly no guild exp, how long do you think it would take to get a new hunter to 85? I've only ever leveled at low levels in vanilla/BC depending on if you consider level 60-70 low levels.

With me? No BoAs or guild benefits? 5-6 months, but I usually only play an hour a day.

Depends how much you play, but if you play several hours a day you could probably get your hunter to 85 within a couple of weeks. If you felt like rolling ally on Gorefiend, you could join my guild and get the XP buff. It's a super quiet server, easy to find rares on Also it's pretty easy to get heirlooms on the toon you're leveling if you do a bunch of AV when it's available. At 70ish I got honor capped in about a day or a day and a half of AV weekend Hunters are more fun to level than ever these days, IMO.
