I like the following names: Colosso (Greek for "gigantic"), Albi (Latin for "white"), and Leuco (Greek for "white"). You can combine them, too!
Not sure if this suits your fancy, but I thought I'd post it anyway in case you want to get scientific.

How about Oleander? I really like the name of that flower. It comes in the colors white, pink and purple, all of which are on your devilsaur.
