Check out this painting I made of my wolf!

Hey guys! I spent forever on this painting I made of Antiquus, my in-game wolf. This is my first attempt at painting, and I'm really quite pleased with the results. Any feedback would be great.
I might end up selling this one, I haven't really decided yet.
Here's the outline sketch I drew up beforehand:
You can see where I defined the silhouette and decided on a general color scheme before I sat down to paint. While I was originally planning to draw inspiration from Van Gogh's impressionistic style, I opted for a more modern approach using my own techniques and conceptualization of source lighting.
