Hey all.

I'm Seyna from Turalyon EU. I've decided to make a mount journal of my own on these forums just as many of you do

I make weekly runs to mount bosses that I can't solo, reserve the mounts and pay the winner if it drops.

- Fiery Warhorse's Reins (~95/100 kills)
- Reins of the Onyxian Drake (104 kills on druid -- 107 total)

156 : Big Blizzard Bear

Date : July 13th 2011.
Description : Blizzcon 2008 reward, bought it from a friend.
Cost : 100.000G + a few "Ashes of Al'ar" boost runs before he moved servers.


157 : Riding Turtle

Date : July 15th 2011.
Description : Trading Card Game mount, bought it from a friend.
Cost : 25.000G + a "Chelley's Sterillized Scalpel".


158 : Flameward Hippogryph

Date : August 3rd 2011.
Description : Reward from "The Molten Front Offensive" achievement.


159 : Scepter of Azj' Aqir / Ultramarine Qiraji Battle Tank

Date : August 27nd 2011.
Description : Archaeology mount, got it after 187 Tol'vir and 1089 Total solves.

160 : Armored Razzashi Raptor

Date : October 4th 2011.
Description : Dropped from "Bloodlord Mandokir" in the "Zul'Gurub" dungeon for the 2nd time after ~ 160 kills (First time was September 14th in a PuG, where I lost the roll).
Cost : 10.000G + Leading OS 25+3D runs for the winner until him or me wins the Twilight Drake roll.

161 : Azure Drake

Date : October 6th 2011.
Description : Dropped after 58 kills (mostly farm kills) from "Malygos" in the "Eye of Eternity" raid.
Cost : 10.000G

162 : Drake of the North Wind

Date : October 24th 2011.
Description : Won it from "Altairus" in "The Vortex Pinnacle" dungeon during a normal mode PuG while helping a real life friend. This happened after ~ 140 two-man farm kills, so it was a pleasant suprise.

163 : Drake of the South Wind

Date : November 18th 2011.
Description : Dropped after 19 farm kills (21 total) from "Al'Akir" in the "Throne of the Four Winds" raid.
Cost : 18.000G.

So my panther dropped after months of farming Finaly done with Zul'Gurub.
Also updated my Razzashi Raptor pic.
4.3 is tomorrow woot! 3 Free mounts incoming.


164 : Swift Zulian Panther

Date : November 27th 2011.
Description : Dropped from "Kilnara" in "Zul'Gurub" dungeon after about ~ 235 kills.
Cost : 20.000 Gold.

Congratz!! omg and those mounts chost u alot of gold!!!

Today was the release of Patch 4.3, wich ment 3 new mounts!
As always, no luck in Kara & Onyxia this week
Also, starting Saturday December 3rd, I'll do weekly farm runs to Firelands for the 2 mounts there and buy them from winner on drop. =)


165 : Tyrael's Charger

Date : November 30th 2011.
Description : Free mount from the Annual Pass.


166 : Mountain Horse

Date : November 30th 2011.
Description : Gilneas Lv 20 Faction Mount.
Cost : 80S.


167 : Swift Mountain Horse

Date : November 30th 2011.
Description : Gilneas Lv 40 Faction Mount.
Cost : 8G.

168 : Swift Forest Strider

Date : January 1st 2012.
Description : Darkmoon Faire vendor mount.
Cost : 180 Darkmoon Ticket's.


169 : Flametalon of Alysrazor

Date : January 9th 2012.
Description : Dropped after 5 farm kills (& 15 total kills) from "Alysrazor" in the "Firelands" raid.
Cost : 50.000 Gold.

Hey all
Hope all your mount farming is going good

I have been slacking on updating, but now it's time for a MAJOR update ;

1) I changed the information under the picture's from all mounts, it looks alot better now.
2) I updated the picture's of "Azure Drake" - "Drake of the North Wind" - "Drake of the South Wind" from Sitting Stance to Flying Stance, looks alot better now ^^.
3) Updated the "Swift Forest Strider" picture, wich previously wasn't taken in Darkmoon.
4) I’ve added the “Flametalon of Alysrazor” drop video.


Last but definitely not least, I got 5 new mounts in the last 14 days


170 : Blazing Drake

Date : January 24th 2012.
Description : Dropped on my very first "Madness of Deathwing" kill in the "Dragon Soul" raid.
Cost : 85.000G -- I might have overpaid a bit seeying as it's droprate seems to be ~ 10% & not ~1% .

171 : Corrupted Fire Hawk

Date : January 27th 2012.
Description : Reward from the "Glory of the Firelands Raider" achievement. After many failed attempts with random people failing on Alysrazor's Tornado's, I decide to make a group to nuke Alysrazor out of the air before she casted Tornado's.

172 : Mottled Drake

Date : January 31st 2012.
Description : Trading Card Game mount, bought it from the same friend that sold me "Armored Razzashi Raptor".
Cost : 105.000 Gold + Helping him weekly with 7 North Drake, 7 Vitreous Stone Drake and 1 Azure Drake run(s) every week until his mounts drop.


173 : Darkmoon Dancing Bear

Date : February 5th 2012.
Description : Darkmoon Faire vendor mount.
Cost : 180 Darkmoon Ticket's.


174 : Swift Love Bird

Date : February 6th 2012.
Description : Love in the Air vendor mount.
Cost : 270 Love Token's.

I've gotten 5 new mounts since the last time I posted, so time for an update.


175 : Heart of the Aspects

Date : February 15th 2012.
Description : Blizzstore Mount (3rd).
Cost : 20.000G.


176 : Drake of the East Wind

Date : February 18th 2012.
Description : Reward from the "Glory of the Cataclysm Raider" achievement. Finaly got "Heroic: Conclave of Wind" done, wich was the last achievement I needed.


177 : Pureblood Fire Hawk

Date : March 13th 2012.
Description : 100% drop from Ragnaros Heroic. Won the roll in my 4th Firelord kill, wich was with a Firelord/Pureblood farm group on my server.


178 : Spectral Gryphon

Date : March 15th 2012.
Description : Reward from the new "Scroll of Resurrection".
Cost : 10.000G -- I gave my friend 10.000G so he could re-start WoW without being broke.


179 : Swift Springstrider

Date : April 8th 2012.
Description : New 2012 reward for the world event "Noblegarden". This mount can be bought with 500 Noblegarden Chocolate's or found very rarely inside a Brightly Colored Egg

Eh... How is that cheating? If he has the gold to give people to let him have the mount, go for it, I say. Not every realm is willing to do that.

But I'm not a big fan of people buying out their mounts. I much more prefer people to win their mounts the hard way, it makes you appreciate them all the more.

More than likely farming. You can farm insane amounts of gold if you're smart and know how to work the market. My friend had max gold when he quit just from farming.
