Do you miss the old Razzashi Raptor and Zulian Tiger?

I'm fine with the new ones, and I'm not just saying that because I have the tiger. I desperately wanted the raptor, but oh well. I'm completely fine with them being legacy items, just like the original Amani bear. The new mounts are wicked cool anyways.

I really dislike discontinuing mounts and pets. I have the old raptor and had no interest in the tiger, but I think they should both still be obtainable. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on EU forum threads.

I'd love to have them back, or at least more cat mounts available for horde. Being my favourite mount is sad when I like horde best

If any of the US players here want them back aswell, feel free to Copy/paste my post onto the US forums.

Make sure its on the "General Forum" part tho, i've been told that's the spot developers read the most.

This! i play horde. I want a kitty mount. Give ally a wolf to compensate.

Or a raptor. Raptors are way cooler than wolves xD

The *only* reason I want them back is because of the personal experience I had with attempting to even get ONE of those mounts. I ran ZG every single week, I know for at least two+ years. Im not even sure of an exact time frame anymore. But every week I was there, all the way up until the VERY last week before the new ZG/ZA 5mans came out. I really just wanted the raptor mainly, but not even getting one of them after that long was extremely depressing. ;.;

I've been looking for something similar, but with the Black and Plagued Proto-Drakes. :<

I'm highly against MMO's removing RNG based content.

I started in Cataclysm and had 0 chance to even try to obtain these mounts. You can imagine how mad I was when I found out.

I actually wish they would bring back the discontinued mounts in some way, I know those who have it will get snippy and what not but they are awesome looking mounts. And RNG sucks, even if you ran it for years some people didnt get it. I ran ZG alot and didnt see nothing..

Agreed, i saw the tiger twice, once it was on my pally with a friend and gave it to him because i didnt play mine. And the second time i ran with a friend and he wanted it bad, so i gave it to him...what was i thinking? Oh and i would like my generosity returned with a tiger in the mail

My main is Alliance. My absolute favourite ground mounts are Raptors. I thank every god ever vorshipped that I was lucky enough to get the Swift Razzashi Raptor on her. <.<'

I honestly don't know if I'd want the old mounts back... Sure I would absolutely love to have the Tiger and for Sonnie to get the Raptor, but... I don't know. If the old ones hadn't retired, would we still have the new ones? In my opinion the new Raptor looks at least equally cool as the old one and if I had to pick between having the old one still available and retiring it for the new one, I'd retire the old one - even if I didn't have the green one myself.

Plus I don't really think it makes sense for the old mounts still drop, knowing the huge changes the place has gone through. It'd be a bit like having level 80 Onyxia still give the level 60 FoS.

Edit: Also, this is going to be a really bad argument, but here goes nothing... If the Heroics still dropped the old mounts, those who already have them don't have any reason to run them a million times after they have all the gear and VP they want from there. I'm sure Blizzard appreciate the added playtime that people put into getting those mounts. ;)
