We went down to see my family yesterday for it and I got to catch up with people I hadn't seen in ages, see my grand-nephew, see my nephew that was over in Iraq, etc.

Tomorrow we go to see my SO's family and eat with them, too!

Watching the parade..Sonic is a balloon this year.

We fight sometimes and we disagree but we have gotten a lot better at working it out like a civilized family should. My family never really has a get-together, but we always have a lot of amazing food. I live and die for delicious turkey. Turkey and gravy, turkey and cranberry sauce, cold turkey sandwiches…

My mum makes a killer bacon,lettuce, cauliflower salad. Soooo gooooood

Mmm. Free food day. The only day where you're allowed to stuff yourself silly and not get looked at weird.
