Well in a similar case, the TCG turtle mount got its own unique ingame model instead of what was shown on the card. Besides, the brown one seems more like a Sandstrider than a Shorestrider to me.

True.... I guess I just want some "plan" tallstrider love XD.

XD Well, let us hope that when we find out where we aquire the white one, it wont be hard... judging by the names and MMO's idea that the lovestrider might be from Love is in the Air, i have a suspicion they might finally have a Noblegarden mount

This is one TCG Mount I'll be passing on for quite a bit until it grinds down to collections time.

I prefer the purple one from the Darkmoon Fair. It's purple!

According to Joystiq, the white Springstrider is purchasable during Noblegarden for 500 chocolates. So you better camp out in Bloodhoof or someplace and plan to spend an entire weekend running in circles looking for eggs...

The pink one is a Love is in the Air purchase for 270 love tokens.

Both eggs and love tokens take ages to farm, and so many at that.. But, unless something comes up, I'll do it. Needs those two.

I wasn't expecting anyone to have one for sale in game so soon, but I managed to negotiate with a kind seller to put this lovely bird on neutral AH. I'm poor now, but it was well worth it!

If I won the lottery and got really, really rich, I'd definitely get my hands on every tcg mount I could find on ebay, and preferably a couple of minipets too, and the windrider and gryphon cubs in the blizz store.. I think I'd also buy a couple as christmas presents, it would be awesome to see peoples faces (in guild chat). xD

Me too! I'll be getting the Faire strider and the holiday ones as well, but one of my favorite strider colors is brown.

I know the colours on the card don't match the one in game but that is quite different! Maybe they were planning on giving the white/brown one for the tcg then changed their minds.

If we ever find one it's going to my fiance, he was kind enough to give me an Amani Dragonhawk for graduation so it's fair. Sort of...
