So yesterday I logged into my dwarf hunter in HFP, and the planets and stars must have been in the right alignment, because this time he DIDN'T shrink down from his pre-tame size (I run the wow launcher from a batch file that first auto-deletes my cache)...





I decided to head over to the nearby gun/castle/tank things for some scale...



Sadly whilst he's big, he's not quite THAT big.

Time for a cold one!



I think we can juuust fit... what? No giant turtles allowed?? We'll see about that - time for a visit to the garrison commander then?



Oops. Well, Honor's Hold was getting boring anyway - let's go find something big and kill it!

D'aww, that's awesomely adorable.

I'm jealous, I haven't seen the giant pet glitch myself for aaaaages. ^^ I also run the Cache-Clearing batch file, and usually when I first log in I'll see pets at their regular sizes for a quick moment before they shrink, but they haven't stuck like that.

This happened to me with my Karoma.
But his pre-tame size isn't too impressive.

This thread gives me a happy. I've had that happen to a rhino once and I do have screenshots... somewhere... But not in a place I can get them just now.

For me, its a lot easier to empty the files, then mark them as read only. That way when wow closes, it can't save to the file. Insta-cache cleared without any batch files.
