The Last Relic of Argus: a photojournal

I recently got The Last Relic of Argus from archeology.
http://www.wowhead.com/item=64457 If you don't know, it is an item that transports you to a random location. It has a 12 hour cooldown, unfortunately. However, it sends you to interesting places and I've decided to keep a screenshot log of where it sends me. So far, it has been the Northern Barrens, Feralas and Blasted Lands. I didn't take screenshots of those. Tonight, it sent me to a floating island behind the Dark Portal in Hellfire. Rather an impressive view, I think.

Today, the Relic decided I needed to go inside the statue off the coast of Booty Bay. Now we know where all the booty is!

This is a nice idea! I like your first pic; I've never actually seen the portal from that angle before.

Awesome thread. Keep it going!
And I've never seen the inside of that statue - didn't even know it had an inside. Is that the only way in?

It blew open after Cata, you can fly there and go check out the jewels!
I think a ZG/ZA quest ends there too.
I like seeing the pics though, my favorite was in Wetlands overlooking farms near a waterfall (if i remember correctly)

Ah yes - the area below the dwarven airport. I remember sneaking up there long ago before they had flying in Azeroth. Good times...

There is a crypt in the Badlands...empty and lifeless. Nothing but a long forgotten king and his court, gone to dust and bones.

Two "teleporting with errors" later...
First, another trip to the statue and then it sent me on a nice jaunt to Fuselight-by-the-Sea, to a little house surrounded by explosing sheep.

I hear it can drop you in Aerie Peak, even as Horde. That should be interesting.....

The past three 'ports have been:
Stranglethorn, above the whirlpool in a tree. I couldn't help but jump >.>
The coast of Desolace
The Cavern of Mists inside the Wailing Caverns, in a little tunnel with a great view at the end of it
