Need Bamboo tablet help

The model as written on the front of the box is 'Bamboo Fun Pen & Touch', im trying to access the Tutorial so i can figure out how to work this damned thing
Ive installed everything and uninstalled and re-installed a few times now and that keeps coming up. I have the installation disk in and the tablet plugged in but it keeps giving me that message and the message only sits on the screen for about 2-3 seconds before it closes and then i gotta press it again, and again, just so i can read the full message which is just that small descript of what i need to do so i can access the tutorial
