Now that's a dagger! Assassin - Duskfall [EDIT: pics added]

Duskfall's set uses opportunist pieces (Opportunist's Leather Tunic, Opportunist's Leather Gloves, Wrynn's Legguards of Brutality) as the "core", along with a Cured Mammoth Hide Mantle and various other bits that happened to tie in well (Burning Blade Devotee's Cinch, SI: 7 Special Issue Facemask, Blood Knight War Cloak, Heavy Clefthoof Boots).

The weapon took more work. Normally I avoid playing rogues, for a rather silly reason - I don't like small weapons. Meaning if I want to play a rogue, either I play a combat spec, which just feels too warrior-ish for me, or play one of the other, more "rogue-like" specs... and put up with a dagger.

But then I spotted one that dramatically broke this particular mold, and which I hadn't yet done the quest for - the Illidari-Bane Dagger.

It was a long quest chain, which I didn't actually complete until I'd accumulated everything else, but it was well worth it - by all rights that's a sword model! :D

And ofc, since you can 'mog the same item onto a pair of dual wielded weapons, I didn't need to worry about a companion.

EDIT: new pics added with better lighting.

Added pics with better lighting - after reading pop's comment on the other thread I realized I've been using murky shots that obscure a lot of the armor detail... -.-
