ok, ever since I hit lv 80 on my main hunter, I've been wanting TLPD. well, I swear he hates my guts. you can ask sara, he's experienced this as well. nearly every time I go up into storm peaks, I see the blasted dragon. Not once vrya (ok, once, but a guildy killed her before I could) and every time I see him, somebody else gets the *** tag! the worst time was when me, and a NE mage both hit him at the same time. I got aggro first, and the tag. I was exticed, until the mage manged to pull aggro off me, and TLPD's nameplate went gray. The mage killed him, mounted up, Spit at me, then followed me back to K3, while Spitting, and /rude at me! *sigh* and yet, I'm still camping....still....

It's possible they were doing rude and spit emotes because from their perspective it may have looked like you tried to steal it from them. The fact your client said you had aggro then went grey suggests it was a latency issue. Your client thought you had aggro but the server had other ideas and took a few seconds to update. I see this mining a bit too. I start to mine but then I see someone fly in after me, start mining and suddenly the node is tapped. They really got there first, my client just didn't show it that way.

Sorry you had such a crap experience. Maybe you should try checking for him super-late at night or super-early? That way there isn't as much competition to have bad situations happen like this. Good luck!
