So... assume that we'll be able to respec our pets in any family we want. Also assume that for now the buffs and debuffs will remain the same.

What 5 skins would you carry with you all the time?

Mine are:

Chromaggus
Black Armoured boar (or burning, or a rhino) for the bleed debuff
Red Lynx (for when I need to be SV, assuming I still need to go SV at times)
Loq
Black Jourmungar (assuming they keep the aoe)

#6 would be a Sillithid, but usually there is a priest.

Usually, I see that the bleed debuffs are the once that are missing the most, so it will be nice to bring a ferocity pet with a bleed effect.

My #7, if I didn't have to worry about buffs/debuffs, would be the undead eagle.

I don't know about anyone else but having a stable full of pets means I have plenty of choices and won't have just 5 pets with me all the time. I'll still change up just as much as I do now if not more. I'd get bored and not want to play my hunter any longer if I were limited to just 5 pets again after all the work of getting just the right pets.
