Hey guys...I know this is gonna sound odd, but I need some advice if I'm getting better or worse at drawing. Some people say that I am getting better, other's are saying I'm getting worse, and a few say it looks the same. So...here's a picture of a sketch I did in October:
Annnd here's a picture I drew for my friend last week:
I'm honestly in a fit. I still cant draw hands to save my life, cant draw feet to save my life, and cant do realistic eyes. So, have I gotten better?

the 2nd one looks a little better.
If you want to keep improving, practise practise practise.
Also, one thing I tend to do first while drawing, is to do the basic shapes that comprise the drawing. Its a trick I learned in art classes. Everything consists of the basic shapes, circle, rectangle, square, triangle.
this site might be of some help for seeing the shapes.
also, tracing pictures over and over helps as well, you start to get a better feeling for where curves and such should be.
