which one looks better?

I prefer the red set, I think the pieces tie together well and give an overall polished effect. The green one is nice, but I feel the purple accents and shape of the helm/shoulders don't mesh quite right.

Both those chests look quite familiar!

both of them are easy to get bc mail, ok the red one is harder. It's not my fault we think a lot

The nice thing is that both can be reacquired if you had them earlier but vendored it.

I guess. I have a million toons so it's not usually a problem for me to leave one parked near a spawn point and just check back now and again.
