So my guild has been working on Dragon Soul for awhile and a few weeks ago our team 1 raid team downed Deathwing for the first time. Due to people being absent for it I was being used as a substitute for the progression during Madness of Deathwing. Last week I they offered me the achievement and title due to how helpful I was during progression so, last night we went in and one shot him and I got my awesome title 
I can hardly believe that i've had that mount for I think its a little over a year now.
