Sylvanas' "Lament of the Highborne" Set available?

Hello my transmogrifian geniuses, I need your help!
Driven by rage out of the hate she had for Arthas, Sylvanas has to be one of my favourite leaders. She's strong, ruthless, and also a former Farstrider. I was watching the Lament of the Highborne cinematic Blizz put out to promote TBC, and her outfit during the Invasion of the Scourge in Quel'Thalas caught my eye:
Because Aritria, my main, is a Farstrider herself, I would like to try to farm a similar outfit as close as possible to Sylvanas' here. Any points in a direction on where to start would be much appreciated!

Most of the items, chest, hands, waist, legs, and feet, are from the Glyphed Set (leather) that can be farmed from various lvl 38-42 mobs. The rest I am not sure of.

As Niabi said, most of the items are the leather glyphed set.
The cloak isn't from that set. I don't remember any names but that's a pretty common cloak model on greens.
Helm you cannot get in game. Closest helm to that look would be Hateful Gladiator's Chain Helm.

Of course it has to be leather! I guess that means that set is out, thanks so much for the information guys.

You can go with a similar look with Hateful Gladiator's Pursuit set.

Oooh, I like the look of that one! I've done a bit of searching and I think I've found another set that suits the "Farstrider" look a bit better. Thanks, Wassa, I appreciate all your help! Though, it's a shame that transmog cannot cross over armour types, being able to equip the green recolour of the Glyphed Set would have been epic. I found a "Dark Ranger" outfit too, mimicking the Dark Rangers in UC to a tee, but most of it is leather as well. Go figure!

Well the chest and leggings are a recolored version of the new lvl 20-30 lowbie chainmail - you can tell by the pipework around the midriff and thighs... but it has (I think) unique blue panels on the chest and outer thighs. So I don't think you'll get an exact match... but you can come close - look up blue quest chainmail from like ilvl 15-40 on wowhead, for those slots.
The cloak is pretty common and shouldn't be a problem. Ditto for the hood, although pretty sure you're going to need to go with cloth for that slot.
The shoulders look like they may need to be cloth as well, but ymmv...
And the gloves and boots are basically windrunner models.
That ought to get you started anyway.
