Revamp Pet abilities

With Mists of Pandaria coming out, I would like to see a big revamp to pet abilities. Like bringing back pet's old abilities while keeping the ones they have now(Cats rend and bears swipe). Or even giving pets even more abilties for them to use like....
Worms-have an ability that makes worm slimy to make attacks miss for duration
Ravager-have an attack that uppercuts target with spike on head that does bleed dot
Tail swipe-target enemy is stunned by a blow to head or knocked down by tail
Eye poke- pokes target in eye making attacks miss for duration
cant really think of anything at the moment but this would be nice i think what abilities would you all like to see added if they ever did

If we are allowed to deside our pets talent trees, which i hope is a true rumor, then it would be nice to deside a " buff" for them, e.g. a bird of pray with furios (h) owl - i have several birds of pray but see them as different spieces due to their different looks, It would be nice to appoint a buff to the pet, but it could be to hard to implement.. i mean im sure that blizzard dont want wolves with chimera breath running around

I'll be happy if they just remove all the useless pet skills. Like channeled roots and spell interrupts that are on the GCD.

heh i accually like spell interupt, and use it manually

- and im sure that many players would be sad to have their web root removed . - i know i will. Spiders are brilliant solo pets

Spiders don't have a channeled root. Nor do silithids.
Dogs and crabs do. The problem with the channeled root is the second you tell the pet to do anything else (Kill Command, that AP roar buff, etc.) it breaks the root immediately. Basically, your pet can do NOTHING except stand there and hold its root until the time is up. While this might not be a huge issue for, say, Marks, as BM I rely heavily on KC and therefore have absolutely no reason to use a dog since my main damaging attack ruins their purpose for existing.
It's the same thing with abilities on the GCD. I'd love to use a nether ray because yes, a spell interrupt would be handy. But turning off every damn attack they have just so they don't spam Smack until they run out of focus while furiously fouling my attempt to hit the button manually gimps my dps more than Cunning already does. Thanks but no. Take them off the GCD or think up something else.

Eye Poke. I approve of this idea!
I DO feel the whole basic attack thing being annoying when trying to hit a pet special ><; I got screamed at for not hitting hysteria fast enough. I TOTALLY forgot to turn off the basic abilities prior to the boss pull. It would be so much smoother in play to be able to hit the pet special when desired and off whatever CD it has.
