Recent NPCScan problems

Anyone else having this issues randomly as of late? I go looking for rares....but it never goes off....

Now before you say anything....yes the cache is cleared cause I have it clear automatically when I shut down WoW. SilverDragon picks up the rares just fine but I could be sitting right infront of a rare and NPCScan says "Nope! Nothin cached!".

Someone else I grouped with before said they had the same problem recently, except it went off for Julak-Doom BUT both NPCScan AND Silverdragon, if you clicked on them, would not target him even though I'm looking him in the face. Had us both scratching our heads....
