WoW Petopia Community

I tried using WoW Model viewer today and was supried to recieve the error message:

Fatal error: Wow model viewer does not support your version of World of Warcraft
please update your world of warcraft client soon

I went to my WoW folder and checked everything and its aparently all up to date...anyone else have this or know how to fix it?

It sounds more like your version of WMV might be old, rather than your version of WoW. Is it the latest version?

The other thing to consider is it may be linked to old files or corrupted ones. Go to the WMV folder and throw out your preferences. When you relaunch it'll ask what copy of WoW you want it to read (assuming you have more than one copy, like regular and PTR). Don't be worried if it lists duplicates, it just does that. Select one, and hopefully it'll work.

That happend to me a few weeks back and I found out I did not have the letest version of WMV. After I upgraded it was fine.

ok...ummm, I uploaded it from someones link here on petopia, I am not sure where to go to get a latest version of it. Anyone happen to have a safe link handy?
