I fell in love with the bloodmail boots and the Vengefull gladiator´s longbow on Kahlua so i thought i would try to make a set for it on Tårnfalk.

I wanted a chest which shows alittle bit of stomach so thats why i choose to combine the black pants with the outrunner gear

here is my first try - still need better shoulders and a head thingie which shows hair .. and if i could find a cloak which were both blue and black it would be perfect!

And is it me.. or do the open feet boots look.. wird ?) whish they were closed

I tried pauldrons of surging mana but they are, imo, an even worse match then the azure shoulderpads. I have been trying to get the Greatstaff of the leviathan to drop . but no luck so i went with the pvp staff.

What do u think ? would love your comments and suggestions for improvement

That looks very nice! Matches your pet really well. The feet do look a bit odd, though...

pet only tamed to make screenies look better Jawbreaker is not a keeper hehe.

have you considered tarnfalk, of not having the cape showing? I find doing that on some of my toons makes the transmog set just pop, if you know what I mean

yeah ive considered it... but for some reason, the cloaks just complete the sets for me and im very happy with the dark blue one ive gotten.. just need some good shouldes now

I like this set - I think everything ties together well, including the cloak and boots.

One addition I would make is a Spiked Chain Belt (or something like it, I believe there's a few more of the basic type); this has the same model as the rest of your distinctive chain mail, and it also has the distinction of partially overlaying your leggings and would tie it all together even more strongly imo.

i have been thinking of using a black belt, but i might try to see how the set works with the gladiator (from brd), and if i use black boots, then maybe the belt needs to be blue? i will try both combo once i get the boots ( 75 runs and counting.. and no boots ).

on a side note

does there exist any mail shoulders simular to



something like that would fit nicely

i have tried to see how the set will look with the Rift Stalker Mantle, but its still the wrong shade of blue, plus the mantle seams more white then blue to me.

Same with the mystical pauldrons of elements.. to much white in them and to light shade of blue

Just to clarify - the belt I recommended includes not only the belt itself, but also a pair of armored flaps in the same texture as your chest, boots, etc, which extends down your hips to partly cover your leggings - if you ever get the chance to preview them on mogit, wowhead etc I'd recommend a look - it's a special effect unique to this belt model and quite cool imo.

those shouldes still borther me... grumph .. and sometimes WoWhead and Mogit are colorblind and makes me go look at shoulders which defo arent blue !

option 1 hard to get boots - man i really want those.. but the realm im on hardly have any runs to old dungeons. Do you guyes know if these boots exist other places? (couldt find more on MogIt)

Would be the gist of what I'd recommend - in particular those pants (aka "black jeans") are the perfect offset for the belt I was talking about.

i want to have the belly bare, si im prolly going for the grunt´s shoulders.. and then try to pay someone to take me to naxx 25 for the boots

The grunt's shoulders did work out well for my tauren pally... if you're going to use them here though you may want to add in more yellow / gold.

And yeah I hear you about the belt not appearing in blue. Comes in many other colors but not apparently that one. :\
