I have run out of Cata reps to grind basically, except Hellscream's Reach, since I can only build that one through dailies and I had a sudden thought.

Can the Northrend tabards be used in current Heroics? Like Wyrmrest Accord, etc.?

I don't think they do, but am not 100% sure on it. You can though run the Northrend dungeons to get the rep. Most can be soloed fairly easily.

That's true, but it would just be easier if I could get my JP and my reps.

No you cannot sadly, I was trying and earlier and you do not gain any rep, however I think this is just an oversight of the developers really. Would be nice if it could.


You can how ever do heroics and normals 80 dungs at 85 and still get rep.

Drat! Ah, well! It shall just take a bit longer to get their reps done, I suppose!

The tabards say specifically that they can only be used in level 80 dungeons; it's not an oversight as the Cata ones state that they can only be used in 85 dungeons. Pretty sure the devs did it intentionally. Besides, the Wrath heroics are easy enough to solo anymore that it shouldn't take too terribly long to dungeon grind wearing a tabard for rep.

Yup indeed they are easy to solo! Get a tank pet and you will be fine.

It's not so much that as I favor efficiency. It would be nice to be able to grind both JP and rep at the same time. Ah, well! Thanks again all.
