I emailed my friend who this mentioned (Goulet) laughing at the rediculous of the email (since I thought it was a scam) and he responded with:

"There is a new button they put on your friends list that lets you send someone a scroll of resurrection so I sent it to you today. Goulet is my little Rogue."



This is just a bit nuts isnt it? Just curious if any of you heard about this. Perhaps since Blizzard has seen my 6+ year Wow account dormant for 4-5 months they allow these deals? Meh.

Judging by a comment in the Ghost Mount thread and also Adam's post quoting MMOChamp, it is until proven to myself otherwise, completely legit. When i saw it i was like YAAAY cause it gives my bf even more of a reason to try out WoW once more other then to help me get one of the ghost mounts-- if that is that the ghost mounts are tied to the scroll of ressurection (hasnt been confirmed yet to my knowledge)

If I could use this on one of the long inactive accounts on my battlenet, I might be tempted to start dual boxing again.

oh wow the Ghost Mounts may be tied to them? Xakaal, you've made me happy to wait a bit longer till thats confirmed. Heck I would come back for a month if I could fly around on a Ghost Gryphon and get a free realm and faction transfer.

The ghost mounts are definitely tied to the scroll of resurrection. Still waiting for my bf to do the last step so I can get my spectral windrider.
