So how many characters do you think it takes to be an altoholic? Right now I've got almost all my space on my server locked up from my characters. In fact, I only got about one slot left and I'm trying to figure out what class I'm going to give it to.

Hellscream; 10- one or two are being moved for Cata.
Terokkar: 10, several are name holders for Cata.
Bloodhoof: 10, half are name holders for, again, Cata
two other servers; 10ish together

tbh having a realm full of 10 characters isn't bad.

Having almost 50 like me?

... yeeeeaaah

Heh, placeholders aside that's a pretty decent amount of characters.

Personally I'd list all of my characters in my sig, and I still might, but I'll have to remove a lot of the interesting stuff plus still possibly run out of room.

I hvae 6 toons on Blackhand, 4 on Silvermoon, 3 on Tanaris, and 8 more scattered through other realms. This isn't counting bank toons, name holders, my daughter's toons, and my fiance's toons.

I'm down to only two that I play (three if you count the warrior that's technically my husbands), but for a while there I had 11, not including name holders, bank toons and DK gold-grind toons. The two that I play are both hunters, lvl 80 and lvl 47.

Well I just dinged 80 on my third toon, with a fourth at level 73. I'm eyeing my priest as my fifth to level all the way up. My main server (Ysera) is full right now, though two characters are name holders for a worgen warlock and warrior pair I've got planned. My bank toons are lesser played alts, since I can't spare the room.

I was actually just thinking about this... my kitty druid (the newest 80) has a way to go, gear-wise, but she's quickly gearing up to the level of my hunter, who still could buy more emblem gear and get more out of the ICC 5mans. I was pondering why I'm not "finishing" her gearing, but I think, to be honest, that I get bored. Right now I'm finding the melee dps and shammy healing awesomely fun, and the priest is nice because she's around the same level as some guildies' alts. I think that's a major sign of altitis... wanting to hop toons because whomever you've been playing a lot lately became a tad boring. My husband doesn't, for example. He's got a few high level alts and many lowbies, but he sticks to his boomkin. He's just not interested in the other characters.

I have about 75 characters over 3 accounts. 50 are under level 20. Eight are at level 80, with a ninth on the way. Got three characters stuck at level 70, two of them have never seen Northrend. I still have a MC geared lvl 60 warrior.

I'm totally not an altoholic. I swear.

I always have the full 10 slots on a realm used up. I'm not really an altoholic in the sense of multiple servers, but whatever my main server is I'll always have to have the maximum characters allotted. :D

That wonderful, tempting 'Create a New Character' button just does not last long.

I hate having a server with all 10 character slots filled, as then I wouldn't be able to make any new toons there. XD So I tend to make toons, have them there for a while and then delete them to make room for new ones.

As of now, my signature shows all my toons that I've gotten into and am planning on getting to high levels one day. Apart from that, I have a collection of toons at level 10 or lower, Tauren druid at 32, Undead warlock at 14, NE hunter at 21... And I hate myself for deleting my lv25 paladin, as it seems I can't be arsed to level another one even past 10. <.<

I think if you have Altoholic installed to keep track of your alts, you qualify for an altoholic.

Personally, I have 3 level 80ies and one level 76, plus a few other chars of varying levels. Waiting on Cata to create any more, so I have more of a new experience of the newbie zones. There is only so many times one can do the Barrens... Am I an Altohilic. Yes, to some degree... But not extremely so. ;)

Not necessarily, I for one keep myself from installing unnecessary addons so they don't slow my netbook down. I've heard that Altoholic is very heavy, so probably won't get it once I get a new computer either.

Saturo, you're worse then me. I have five eighties, and five characters either in or close to the seventies. I have elevenish characters that I play seriously, though my holy paladin and hunter are at their current theoretical gear caps. My goal is to have one of everything at max level.
