Quick question about this forum category ^^

Hello everyone! 
I'm not sure where to put this, so if there's a forum for this type of thing, please let me know...I figured that since it was concerning this, I may as well put it in here 
I love to write stories, and I've been considering writing a forum story with regular implements to make sure I keep myself writing even when I'm not working on my main 4 projects ^^
I know my last one I forgot about, and all the stories I posted before were pretty badly written (imo at least...Everyone who reads my stuff now says that my writing is better now too so...
idk) but I'm sure that my problem was that I was trying to write them in someone else's world (WoW, to be exact) I've found that I do much, much better when I make the rules 
So I was wondering, is this forum for WoW fan writings only, or no? If it is, I'll just toss my story just on my blog instead (or in addition to)
