MMO-Champion has posted some icons from the MoP beta client. I was going through them and pulled a few with interesting names.

Beer hat!
I assume these are our two new mining resources - ghost iron and manticyte:

I believe these all relate to mini-pets, not hunter pets.

since we already have datamined icons im pretty sure when a majority of dataminers have gathered the files we should start seeing models of anything new similar to what happened with cataclysm im hoping to see new beast models really soon!

MMO champion has its own special way of rendering the models. i know this because i couldnt get any of the firelands models to load in full back before 4.2 came out and MMO champion managed to make all the flame effects and such look exactly as they did in game leading me to conclude that Boubouille is pretty savvy as far as coding that stuff goes.
