So, I'm curious how this is going. If they're just doing top tier players (arena etc) and news sites atm or if annual passholders actually got in with this first wave.

So, anyone here get in? Do you have the pass? No? -questions questions-

i did get the Annual pass thing but havent gotten invite just yet.

I'm refreshing my email constantly to see if I received an invite yet. My computer has amazing specs, I signed up for the Annual Pass on the first day.. so I'm hoping I'm in line for an invite. Gief lol. x.x

No one I know has gotten anything yet, but some people on the MMO Champ forums got in that were playing since vanilla and bought the pass right away. I started playing shortly after BC and got the annual pass on the first day but nothing yet.

My account hasn't been 100% active but it was created in vanilla. So hum. I also got the pass first day, but I know I saw someone here post about beta stuff...where are you person. xD

I got in the first wave.
but everything is still very limited only pandaren starting zone seems to be open and of course the new talents and skills.

Okay, so that is what I wanted to know. Annual Passholders are getting in.

it has been fully active as far as i can remember :S

however it might be better to keep en eye out on your BNET account page instead of your mail I think some people dint received an email.

That's what I will be doing. They made a special note to add how long an account has been active and not created so I have a sneaking suspicion I will have to wait a bit despite my account being old as dirt with lots of played time. xD

I had a long break at one point.

I didn't join til 2006 apparently, but I've been completely active since then no lapses. And I got the annual pass probably the day after Blizzcon ended. So I'm hoping I'll get a key sooner rather than later. I wasn't as interested til I saw all this rather amazing new things

I signed for the annual pass but I play only since 2010 with this account, so I will rather be invited a few days before the launch...

I signed up for the annual pass and have played since Dec. 2010. I have been active for the most part but I did take a Nov-Feb hiatus because I was pregnant and had my son. (Plus the lack of funds at the time.) I signed up for the annual pass a few days after I reinstated my sub so I hope I only have to wait a couple days at most.

My account's been active since Vanilla 2005 with no breaks, and I purchased the Annual Pass the day it was announced. Hoping I get in an early wave, but I'm not too concerned either way. I know my invite is coming at some point, I can be patient, plus there's all this info to look at while I wait. ^^

As they were asking for our system specs, that might be a factor as well.

*nodnod* Also, I wouldn't expect the high end systems to necessarily be priority. If anything, they want to check how the game runs on modest computers, so having an epic gaming computer may not give you a quicker invite.

I thought that too, but they didn't say it was. It will be a factor for those who opt-in though; Opt-Ins almost always consider the computer specs.

Just to ask: If I didn't get the invitation today, when should I expect something? How time does pass between waves?

That really depends and only Blizzard will really know that because waves aren't set lengths of time.

I don't think anyone really knows Ezi. There's probably no set time, it's just up to Blizzard's discretion when they feel they want more people in, or when they feel their servers can handle it. I'd give it a few days perhaps. They have 1,000,000+ people to get in no matter what, then there's the opt-ins as well. I'm sure it'll be quite staggered.

for my specs: i still have WinXP
with directx9 >_>

but the hardware is pretty recent.

so that have might been an factor too
