Shoot's Agonizing Drake of the Northwind hunt

I've had quite the spring break I've been trying to get that nice drake of the north wind we all like yet I seem to be having quite a problem.
Yea you are not hallucinating, that is the exact amount of times I've killed that bugger yet for some reason it refuses to drop it! Is anyone else suffering the same problem with this dragon? Because he has a 1% drop rate of this mount.

Someone in my guild started last week and AFAIK they are 150+ runs now.
He's having the exact same issue.

Wow. o.O Maybe you wanna make a ticket asking if it still drops or maybe if it's bugged or something? I know it's entirely possible to go that many runs without seeing a drop but it seems like it's getting rather ridiculous now...
But while I'm here, is soloing this boss hard? Because I've done Slabhide on my own enough times before but I don't know about this boss.

The boss is pretty easy in general you'll need to be popping feign death and deterrence on the Chilling breaths though and remember this; ALWAYS BE UPWIND! good luck comrade.
