Cloud serpent god mount?

Not sure if this has been mentioned before but I was browsing though wowmodelviewer and noticed that there is a file by the name of pandarenserpentgodmount. The serpent is the god model and has a saddle. Additionally, there is texture for the saddle called pandarenserpentgodsaddle(although it is not automatically applied to the saddle). It makes me wonder if there will be separate god model mounts added into the game as rare drops in dungeons or other achievements.

Also, i found these little sunbirds. I hope they are added as minipets later. They only seem to fly around right now.

I was thinking a while back that there could be god serpent mounts tha maybe dropped from rare spawns. I could see the green one dropping from Temple of the Jade serpents, though. It's make sense. /shrug.
Either way, this right here is Mia' dream mount. I have to have it.
Hopefully there will be some nice green mail armor in MoP that will match amazingly with this. Come on Blizz, we need more green-colored mail armor!!

After running into a video the other day that shows the "jade serpent" with you riding it for a cutscene this might be the basis for that. It would be totally awesome to have that look as a mount and hope they do add it. New "Glory of the Mists Hero" or "Mists Raider" meta achievement mounts? Blizz has said they want some of the mounts to stand out so you'd know the person did something cool.

I really hope these are achievement mounts. I have terrible luck with drops.

I have a strong feeling those Godmode serpents are going to drop from the World Bosses. Aren't there 4 world bosses? That would coincide with the 4 colors of serpents available: Black, Red/yellow, Blue, Green. Note that the basic rideables have 5 colors available, while there are only 4 God Serpent saddle mounts with red and yellow being merged into one look. If they add more world bosses than 4...welp, there goes my theory.
Challenge Mode rewards will be rideable creatures with a unique name and no previewed model yet, so they're definitely not dragons.
That means these have to be either world boss drops, raid achievements, or rare spawns. Could be a scattered mix of all of them. Since the basic model is available via dailies, I'm sure these will require a fair bit of difficulty/luck in order to get.

Guaranteed that the red is an achievement mount, and I bet one other will be a pet store mount. So that leaves one as a raid boss, and one somewhere else. Maybe an event or world boss.

I seriously doubt it. So far, all pet store mounts have been unique models completely, I doubt they'd release a simple re-colour and make us pay for it, you know?
[ignore the fact that Celestial Steed = Invincible cause CS came out first and is a tad more than a re-colour.]

HAHA I can read your fine print! And ignore the fact that the celestial steed is really a hippogryph mount in disguise, too. Unique model, my butt. I'm completely banking on that one of the is a pet store mount, or even the rumored CE mount. Which would be awesome and suck at the same time. So...yeah that's probably NOT IT.
Whatever the case, the serpent god mounts are made of delicious.

No I was being serious there too. Celestial Steed and Invincible share models, but there are slight changes to the models so that they're not just re-skins of each other. As for the hippogryph, that's the skeleton they're using, not the model. I've never seen any problem with that. It's just that a simple re-colour is too, well, simple for something Blizzard wants millions of people to pay real money for. Normally when a new Blizz Store mount comes out, it's unique and one-of-a-kind. It has to be else people are bound to just go and get the other version for free.
Collector's Edition mount? Maybe. I could see it happening, since the mini-pets were all just re-skins each time anyway. I wouldn't mind this too much but it would still seem a tad lazy.
