Builded a set (my 15th !! ) to match my golden worm cause i felt so bad that she has been gathering dust in the stables since before cata... time for this golden baby to come out and shiny

Here is the outcome ( i soo hate that enchants shows but meh - i could say it was on purpose to match Saharas eyes ). Also was so lucky to got the phoenix hatchling to drop when i ran magister terrance for the staff. The look should really be this one http://www.wowhead.com/compare?items=10 ... 71616:6597 but not many runs to fireland or uldudar so this will have to do for now

I have the glimmering shoulderpads (http://www.wowhead.com/item=6388) atm, and the skyfire hawk bow (http://www.wowhead.com/item=27526). but the bow is a tad to yellow and i feel like the glimmering shoulderpads is a good substitute though they point upwards which bugs me

Crossbows isnt an option for me cause i hate the animation of them. The way they are held etc.

Guns ive considered:

Recoilless Rocket Ripper X-54, http://www.wowhead.com/item=27794 cause its eazy to get

Magnetized Projectile Emitter, not so eazy to get but i have its darker "twin" Giant's Bane but imo its to brown http://www.wowhead.com/search?q=Giant%27s+Bane

Arcanite Steam-Pistol, again hard to get http://www.wowhead.com/item=29949



the perfect bow fit with that goldenish gear is hard to find.. the one i´ve got atm is a bit to orange, and the skyfire bow is to light

Just remember those boots include a fair amount of dark blue, so if you don't balance that elsewhere in your set (or go with colors in your other pieces that don't play well with blue), you may end up looking a bit... off.

i did not even notice the blue.. just the lovely dark golden shading hehe

i tried to go with the shoulders who match the boots but meh the darkblue bothers me.. eventhough i did not noticed it in the boots to start with





so boots switched out

some of the guns/bows ive got alrdy but tbh imo not really a good match...(Cabilis- the serpent shed its skin to fit more into my new transmog)

Hmm the bow from shattred halls is maybe not so bad until i get the one from SWP ?

That set looks perfect in my opinion. The bow looks great.

I do like the new bow as well, but I particularly liked the first one as it tied in the helm, the shoulders, and even her hair... just swap in the new boots and, well... you're golden!

heh always good to have two bows to swtich around Think i keep them both for this set.

The shoulders for the first set is both red and yellow i keep that for my yellow/red set

THough if an option ever come to hide more pieces of armor i would choose to hide the shoulders of most of my sets

They both look very nice, I'm definitely more partial to the following set though.



I like how the bow here illuminates the set. The darker gold on the inside spreads out and draws the colour into a brightness at the tips that draws the eye. Then the red details on the inside of the bow are complemented perfectly by the head piece. It just all goes together very smoothly.

I´m partial to the more golden bow too i think the red in the handle fit with the head on the still photo. Still want the head from firelands but so few pugs ever reach ragnaros.

Maybe I'm just weird, but I actually really like the Masterwork set with the shoulders given. I dunno, the shoulders you have are good but I feel like the style of them clashes with the style of the rest of the armor? Like the shoulders are too clunky almost. This is just my opinion though, feel free to take it however you'd like. XD The bow really does compliment the set well though!
