So I just hit 85 three days ago and decided I needed to get some cool pets asap. Started camping for sambas right away and found him after only a few hours of searching, the day got better as I went into LFR with a friend and ended up getting the chest piece, polearm, and bow, so I was a very happy hunter. Then I went out to Mount Hyjal and decided to search for the turtle. Well I had him cached already but I found him and it was not hard . . . He is huge!!! Tamed him easily enough then got to Uldum as quick as I could where I picked up a Madexx *Brown one * but I was still very happy, so all that in one day, which was day 2 as an 85 . To continue the win streak I just picked up the black Madexx an hour ago. Thought I'd share my happiness and stories of success! Good luck fellow hunters!

went on to get several today too Got Gondria, Magria, Karoma, Ban'thalos, and Solix, Kirix, and Anthrix. Wow what a haul! woooooo

Holy crap, that's a lot of rares in just a couple of days! O.O Congratulations!!!

I know right?! Well tuning back in to say the hunt has ended. 25 pets, in less than a week pretty sure. I have all 9 spirit beasts, all the Molten Front pets (7), King Mosh, Tyrantus instead of Krush even though I had Krush (got rid of him for Jadefang). Nuramoc, Sambas, Aotona, Chromagus, Madexx and Terrorpene. I have been extremely lucky, but not all of it was me, it was the many helpful people here that post all the useful information and were enthusiastic about this, that helped me have the drive and excitement to track down all these wonderful companions as well. Hail the hunt!

Now that Dragon Soul's up, it's a good time to pursue Molten Front rares. Log in during off-peak hours (crack of dawn, here) and it's not uncommon to see many up.
