This is a set "in progress;" the basic idea's there, but the hat/shoulders are a little meh and the "blue" set doesn't 100% match. But I saw a chance to use my Black Ice with some pieces I had--wanted to get to use it before our Polearms (maybe?) get removed. Venge bow matches it perfectly, so hey.

It goes great with all purple pets, and a lot of blue ones too (the current shoulders match Skoll or Karoma both, very well)--Chromaggus, Deth'tilac, black worgs and so on.

Any suggestions for matching hat/shoulders are welcome, but for the record, I utterly hate the purple Ruthless set

I can see the direction you're going with it, and I have to say, I like it. Purple and black and such look really good together. And I really like that bow - which bow is it again? Venge? I've not heard of it.

Thanks for posting this. I totally didn't put 2 and 2 together that vengeful bow and black ice match each other perfectly. I've been using the vengeful bow with the shivering felspine :/

In MoP, you'll still be able to wield a polearm, but not at the same time as a ranged weapon - if that helps any! (Disclaimer: beta is beta and this might change prior to release...)

So yeah, grab those perfectly matched screenies now.
